The cloth is supposed to be over the mouth as well, and he wouldn't be able to move his hands if this were actual procedure. He lasted 6 seconds. It's amazing that there are still people who think "simulated drowning" isn't a torture method, but they are most likely paid huge amounts of money to say that (and spread the meme of "it's not torture" among the ignorant right-wing public).
Turns out the stunt wasn't so funny. Witnesses said Muller thrashed on the table, and even instantly threw the toy cow he was holding as his emergency tool to signify when he wanted the experiment to stop. He only lasted 6 or 7 seconds.....
lol, dumbass. I think it's pretty funny how the guy pouring the water starts before he's done counting down and goes "I lied" all nonchalant.
