Overcrowded Prisons (Symbol extravaganza)

Judge: I didn't know he went to jail

Symbols: Rising sun (with 17 rays!), black and white striped clothing and Merkabah wheel-chariot, 2 bundles of wheat (Ceres, at least I think they're bundles of wheat... Probably actually the bundle of arrows as seen on the dollar bill, not that I'd know since I haven't seen one in a month or two) one light and one dark (twin pillars), blue and gold, and what appears to be Michael Richards standing next to the old man. Municipal Court (MC, Mind Control or Master of Ceremonies), 5 pictures visible on the wall (23), the seal looks like a cracked egg, there are 2 stars on it as well (binary star system Sirius)

The son of 92-year-old Clifford Allen, who is serving a 10-day sentence in the Hamilton County jail for a drunken driving arrest, is pleading for better review of who is kept in jail and who is let out.

Overcrowding issues have plagued the jail for months, forcing Hamilton County Sheriff Simon Leis to make tough calls about who gets out and who stays in.

Hamilton County Municipal Judge Nadine Allen, who imposed the sentence that started Sunday, was surprised to learn Clifford Allen was in jail.

She ordered the sentence be served at a residential treatment facility. But unbeknownst to the judge that facility wouldn’t take Clifford Allen because he suffers from several medical problems and must take daily medication.

That refusal meant Clifford Allen was ordered to serve out the sentence in jail.

The 10-day sentence was mandatory because it was Clifford Allen’s second drunken driving conviction in six years.

Jail spokesman Steve Barnett said overcrowding has forced the sheriff to release inmates serving sentences, but those released have sentences of 90 days or more and aren’t released unless they have served at least 80 percent of their sentence.

Robert Allen made his father’s incarceration public after hearing about Miciah Black, a 20-year-old (T: 20 = XX) man who was released from the jail after being arrested on minor charges five times in last six months due to overcrowding.

While out, those cases pending, Black is accused of raping a 17-year-old girl in a downtown Cincinnati park.
