I can't stand the AboveTopSecret forum. What a bunch of pseudo-skeptic lame-asses with nothing better to do than "debunk" shit and spread their useless egos around. If you post something slightly out of the ordinary, they attack you until you don't event want to try and "prove" what you're saying. If you post something which everyone else wants to talk about (which is usually just political shit), you get a ton of replies and flags. I used to go on there a lot all throughout 2007 but haven't been there regularly in a very long time. I remember how frustrating it was reading through the absolutely pointless things these people talk about, how much I questioned what I was getting into when it really wasn't even necessary to view what a large group of other people were thinking about certain things. They give themselves credit for "debunking" the Reptilian thing. How do you debunk something like that? It's entirely possible there are such beings, and given the state of things there could be some sort of volatile limiting force preventing us from reaching a state of ascension while hiding out in another dimension or reality.
I'm just sick of their mob-like behavior and constant badgering of anyone who dares post something out of the ordinary that happened to them. It's sad that they represent any fraction of those interested in the conspiracy and paranormal realms. There are some "big shots" there who have been posting ever since I first found the place, and they never seem to actually contribute anything, they just judge and mock and cry "fake". They get all pissy and threaten to leave the site whenever someone posts something fake, it's not like the person who posted it knew it was fake when they found it and wanted to share it with others to see what they think.
SpacePunk: What? No pictures yet? That's the problem with people these days. Either ya got pictures, or you don't. I'd even settle for a photoshop job just for the lulz. If it's real, and ya got pictures then let's see them. If it's a hoax, at least put some effort into it.
All the person did was post something weird that happened to them, and there are pages and pages of people saying the same thing: "Fake!".
