Found on news site Fark.com with the headline "Not news: Guy writes a computer game by himself. News: Stages 100 day web-cam sit-in to get official Nintendo DS development kit. Fark: Trashes his room and fakes his own death at day 30". Something is up with this guy, and Anonymous (Dionysius) is involved. Here's his blog, most recently updated by a 4channer ("anonymous" of the scientology protests and possibly some of the anonymous comments in blogs, as a frequently used meme pops up in the post: RAIDED BY THE POLICE WHILE FAKING HIS OWN DEATH ON WEBCAM AND DOESN'T AFRAID OF ANYTHING!, something only other Anon would pick up on, sort of like hiding in plain sight as employed by surprisingly more sinister groups) which makes for a really insane and confusing story. This is NOT the first time Anon has driven someone to the edge, in fact they are infamous all over the internet for doing so. This "Bob" guy is clearly a split personality and this story is hard to make sense of because of that. Why is anonymous involved anyway? What gives them the right to update his blog? The frustrating thing is that I know that if I went to 4chan and looked, I would know what's really going on. That place is the epitome of everything I think is evil in the world so I'm not going to bother.
Anonymous is the Internet Elite. Their actions I will closely regard as reflecting those of the Solar Elite. Their masks are of shame. In this case, Nintendo was the real catalyst in pushing this guy off the deep end, but Anonymous seems to have had a helping hand...
Check this fresh nugget from Bob's Game: "I'm starting to become paranoid that there's some kind of camera hidden in my room. I can't shake this feeling that I'm being watched. Ridiculous, I know. What am I thinking?" It's a signal which people interpret differently.
Another: "I've been completely disgraced and humiliated.
I've been stepped on, pushed around, and trampled from all sides. It's like trying to fight a machine with words, with an army mocking you the whole time." 4chan and Anon are commonly referred to as the Internet Hate Machine. Bob cannot take blame for his own little fiasco here, but it doesn't help that there are people who openly thrive on the fruit of failure, of mockery and misunderstanding, all whilst hiding in fear and leprosy. True anti-mystics, those who keep secure the tradition of absolute apathy and narcissism.
I've found myself wondering if Anonymous is even human. It works exactly like a hive mind. I'm not sure if this whole story is even true. It all reads Psy-Op to me, same as everything else involving Anon. I know that some of them are good (I mean, I used to be one, I've forgiven them mostly) and the ones who leave comments on sites like these can't be all bad. Forgive me for ranting.
Make sure you read Bob's blog. I keep imagining the voice of Shodan from System Shock 2 (great game, play it) during those parts where he switches his personality. Eerie.
