Chris at the Secret Sun made a post today relating Gus Grissom's mission patch to Obama's campaign logo, replacing what seemed to be Rising Sun with a moon close to Earth. Read all about it in Masonic Martyr pt. 1 and pt. 2.




In the comments on his blog I related the top arch of the O in Obama's logo to the path of the sun during the winter solstice. Chris took note of the 3-step pyramid formed by the red and white stripes (which I was about to blurt out as one of my ideas but after a quick look through previous posts I realized he had noticed it... I read his blog like it's a bible but I smoke entirely too much weed to remember every detail).






Further synchromystic investigation into the Obama logo reveals a Red Road (with white stripes as lane markers... Interesting that there is a 3-lane bridge that I could take into Canada from here) and a blue Waterdoor Archway through which Light is found.

Let's turn the logo into a spinner...



Here we can see a large blue C and a red roman numeral 3, making 33. Jake Kotze has talked about the 33 being a "we" due to the 3 spinner: E, W, 3, and M being interchangeable. A tilt to the left confirms the symbol's synchromystic nature, along with the Green Man/Osiris/Obama syncs. Let's continue, spinning the logo from its original position Clockwise.



Here we have a roman numeral 2 with the White Stripes (heh) and a large D (4th letter in the alphabet) formed by the right-most red stripe and the blue arch. That makes 24, or the interchangeable symbol of Jupiter making a 2 or a 4, depending on how you look at it. Props go to The Blob for this wonderful nugget of wyzdym.



Jupiter and Osiris are, too, interchangeable, along now with Obama.

Another perspective could say "24 = 13 + 11, (13 = M, 11 = K), making MK. Most notably, that of Ben Singleton at Pseudo-Occult Media who made a post today resonating Butterflies, which Violator of The Stygian Port pointed out were associated with Thanatos, which I posted about yesterday.

Looking at the color scheme we have Fire below and Water above. On our 2-d personality grid, this is the entire Right Brain. This symbol is intended to be interpreted by our right brain, whether we know it or not.

Time to flip topsy-turvy (this one gave me a startled chuckle):



The roman numeral 3 formed by the red stripes spins to form an E. The blue arch now forms a U. EU or European Union. It also kind of looks like a mushroom, with the inner part of the O being the stalk and the red and white stripes being the cap. Trippy. Or it could be a white guy wearing a red turban.

In the Killing Joke song I'm listening to at the moment, Jaz is repeating "This is madness!" like in 300 when What's-his-face says "This is madness! This is Sparta!" wearing a red cape (red stripe) and kicking a mercurial messenger of Xerxes (double x = double cross) into a Well (full of blue water). Lots of Sparta syncs...

I'm thoroughly blown away so this is the end of the post, and I'm about to watch Apocalypse Now for the first time. Happy trails!

Quick update: Relating to Musical syncs, I found this awesome music-color wheel at Put Down Your Guitar. In it, Red is the C note and Blue is G Sharp, giving us a pleasant G sharp major chord. G Sharp can be "turned" into this:

Quick Update II: I am tempted to buy this: Mason Square and Compass pewter belt buckle, just to be ironic (it fits my sense of humor and my belt!). I think it would be quite the attention-grabber. :P

Update 3! (I'm never gonna get to my movie...): I inverted the colors in the Obama campaign logo to create a black moon (or sun) effect, relating to the new moon (which was a couple of days ago). What comes out is an Orange (solar) sky and electric blue (Aquarian) rivers....



The top part now looks far more like an all-seeing eye.
