2/2 = 1 repeated (2/2 and 2/2[009]) makes 11, and the extra 9 makes 9/11.

As for the Oscars? Son, I unplugged from the idjot box (jotting upon the Id, thus imprinting us, the gaping viewer, with more subliminal commands) quite a little while ago. It just duzzint stop, ever, does it?
