Heart of the Machine

Just thought i'd post this poetry provided by Aferrismoon over at Secret Sun, on a post involving the number 17:

"The idea of implanting the 'relevance' of prime numbers in childrens minds seems preferable to the reorganised fuckwittery of the present economic climbate

The idea that numerical integrity has degraded to superstitious spasticism coupled with anal accountancy gives humans the only option of standing back and letting that whole organism consume humanitys sorry-sodden cognitive faculties in a multitude of well-meaning botch-job platitudes and fruitless pharmaceutical cop-outs

Prime numbiz
There's not that many
but they get kicked around
like the head of Denny
they ain't
nothing to fuck with
coz they don't divide
so there's nothin' in between
'cept for
the cosmic alertness sheen
etsetra etsetra
blah blah blah
though check 'em out
they'll take u to the heart
of
the
motherfucking machine"

His words struck one of those chords with me. Anything which makes me "double take" or think twice, is of extreme importance to me. My education system experience did prove "fruitless", and an understanding of Prime Numbers is not something I was taught to be important. To be completely honest of my ignorance, I had forgotten prime numbers don't divide until this very moment. D'oh! Ark-anoid blocks destroyed, proving easier to Bounce the Ball... Mr. Moon always provides a (g8)jumper cable to ignite the spark in the chariot.

Vowels = Wolves. O! Consonants = Cons on Ants. Mmk?

I think my frustration came from reading Prime Curios! and only understanding the non-mathematical stuff.
The Internet seems at least to deal with this non-linear questioning we have, unlike school where one had to follow the curriculum, and thus some questions could not be asked
