Last night after I wrote my Last Dragon post, I got a splitting headache right between my eyes. This was caused by leaning in too close to my tiny computer screen for nearly two hours, I'm sure. I took my contacts out which didn't help, and the pain and sudden loss of sight was disorienting, causing me to vomit. I couldn't sleep in my room, so I slept on the couch upstairs. Two aspirins later, I was able to focus on meditating strongly enough bring myself out of my body just to alleviate the pain (overcoming pain through meditation works). Weird dreams!! One involved a very old friend of mine and some white tigers (which you won't find usually find on Michigan streets), one involved my dad, and one involved a multi-faceted reality which I was posting on my blog about soccer (??) and I appeared to be in the company of people from all over the world so I must have been "traveling"...
The headache is completely gone, but I must have spent 3 days in dream world. Fun, if you ask me, but I only wish I was more lucid in my dreams sometimes! They can be pretty confusing for everyone involved in the dream.
