Now, onto the music. I'll type up my thoughts as I listen...
This is probably one of the shittiest things I've ever heard. There's not much "black metal" to be seen here. You can hear someone laughing pretty hard at around 3:45 in, if you listen to it for that long. That pretty much sums up my feelings.
This is obviously more of a fashion statement or something to these guys. The music is shallow, emotionless and lame. There's no energy to it. I don't doubt that Nic Cage's son has been initiated into some sort of cult to some extent, so maybe they are purposely killing art. Who knows.

Yeah, agreed 100%. I can't stand when people manage to get nearly every aspect of a musical genre almost completely wrong. Some of his vocals aren't too terrible, and he is pretty young (18 I think) so maybe he can find a better band to sing for or something, and not just use this as an excuse to flash his inflated ego around. I'm pretty sure he will be rejected by almost every real metal band he meets for this, though.
At one point he says "sacrifice your visions to profanity". Cookie-cutter at its worst.
