Some syncs I found upon further inspection:
Rabbit's upper lip has 4 dots on each side of the mouth, making 44 for the number of Obama's presidency
A child's single eye can be seen peering through the gate in the lower left
Obama and the rabbit have the same facial expression (look at their mouths)
3 buttons on the rabbit's reddish vest
Obama's in black and blue, rabbit's in white and red
Rabbit kinda looks like he's tripping (or MK'd) with those droopy eyelids and vacant expression
I've created a monster!
