I have said before that true Synchronicity occurs in nature more than anywhere else (I've seen five pointed stars in tree branches, etc.)... All the corporate stuff, that's what I consider a sort of pre-planned synchronicity. Due to stochastic processes, part of the experience is somewhat tainted from agencies involved in creating and circulating the media in which we tend to view the most symbols.
Twitter is a double-edged sword... It has really proven its worth in recent times with the Iran thing, but it's still kind of pointless and I don't use it too often.

Even the different wildlife you encounter on a day to day basis has meaning...
