Below is the first thing you see when the movie starts:

And here is the cockpit of Spock's "red matter" carrier ship from later on:

Below, we have a "Green Lady" (just another form of the Green Man/Osiris)

Here on the screen is Chekov, age 17 in this movie. Next to his head is B4/24, Jupiter resonator:

Another shot from shortly after on another screen seems to confirm this Jupiter resonance:

See these two lovebirds in the blue and white?:

They were part of a three-man team to take out the main bad guy's big wonky drill. Here's the third guy, falling to his death (he's an ensign, even I know guys wearing red in star trek are expendable):

Red, white and blue. I think an eagle somewhere just cried. Anyway, here's the platform they were supposed to land on (which the guy in the red suit just smashes into and then gets sucked into a huge pillar of fire, it was actually pretty funny):

Kinda looks like a UFO, doesn't it? Here's a shot showing it from the bottom, almost making it look like it's meant to represent a fake UFO hanging from a string:

Here's another shot of the UFO drill, shooting down a heavenly beam (which is actually drilling a hole to the center of Vulcan in order to drop in some red matter and create a black hole which will destroy the planet):

The little machine carrying the Red Matter just happens to have hexagonal aspects:

And the two lovebirds from earlier also have this hexagon motif on their backs (which Harold clearly lurches over specifically to show off). I didn't notice the illuminated 11:11 behind them at first:

The letters on the left side of the screen spell out "Kam", which means Egypt (also note the 77 below the A):

To finish this off, here's some more screens which show pretty blatant symbolism:
